1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers the following solar components and services:

  • Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty & 5-year product warranty.
  • Inverters: 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Batteries: 5-year or 2 cycles warranty.
  • Installation Workmanship: 3-year installation warranty against defects.

 

2. Solar Panel Performance Guarantee

  • Our panels come with a 25-year performance warranty, ensuring at least 75% energy output by year 2050.
  • If the performance drops below the guaranteed level, SolarDart.com will repair, replace, or compensate for the loss at our discretion.

 

3. Product Warranty

  • Covers manufacturing defects, premature degradation, and material failures.
  • Does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, accidents, improper installation (if not done by SolarDart-certified installers), or misuse.

 

4. Inverter & Battery Warranty

  • Inverters: Covered for 3 years, protecting against defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Batteries: Warranty applies based on cycle life or years, whichever comes first.
  • Battery degradation over time is normal and is only covered if it falls below the manufacturer’s guarantee.

 

5. Installation Warranty

  • Covers faulty installation workmanship for 1 years.
  • Excludes issues caused by third-party modifications, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.

 

6. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, or acts of God.
  • Improper system use, negligence, or failure to maintain the system.
  • Unauthorized modifications or installations performed by non-certified technicians.
  • Changes in government incentives, grid failures, or policy updates affecting performance.

 

7. Warranty Claim Process
