1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Certain items such as digital products, gift cards, and clearance items are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at customer@Solardart.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
  • If you receive a damaged product, contact us at customer@Solardart.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If an exchange is requested, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
