Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: 1st March 2025

At Solardart.com, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Certain items such as digital products, gift cards, and clearance items are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at customer@Solardart.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
  • If you receive a damaged product, contact us at customer@Solardart.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (e-books, software downloads, etc.)
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Clearance or final sale items

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to be officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank (there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted).
  4. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at customer@Solardart.com.

 

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If an exchange is requested, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

 

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund and return policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the last updated date.
